How much does your service cost?
Total Event DJ Solution strives to make each wedding a
unique experience. Since no couple is the same, no reception should be the same
either. We will do our best to work within ANY budget without sacrificing any of
the quality. Although we have the staff and equipment to accommodate many more,
we only accept a maximum of 2 weddings per day. We are much more interested in
the quality of our service than taking on as many events as possible! We do not
charge any kind of travel, set up, break down or consultation fees, contact us
as much as you like! According to many bridal publications, the entertainment
is the NUMBER ONE thing people will remember about your wedding. Total Event DJ
Solution isn’t the most expensive or the cheapest entertainment company you can
hire, but we are committed to providing the maximum amount of professionalism,
integrity, service and entertainment around. I can’t stress this enough…do NOT
simply hire a DJ because he/she is the cheapest! Providing quality entertainment
is an art that is attempted by many, but perfected by Total Event DJ Solution.
How is a Wedding DJ different from any other DJ?
Weddings are one of the most important days of your life,
which is why it is imperative to make sure the entertainment is in the hands of
a professional. Since a wedding typically ranges from ages 2 – 100, it’s the
single most eclectic crowd a DJ can perform in front of. An excellent DJ will be
able to coordinate the reception, make all of the announcements, keep the music
at a comfortable level, read the crowd and play the appropriate music all at
once. It’s our job to make this a night to remember, which is why Total Event DJ
Solution only takes a very limited # of weddings per day, includes both a
professional DJ and an MC/Reception Coordination Expert at NO extra charge,
helps coordinate the entire reception at NO extra charge and is a FULL TIME Disc
Jockey and Entertainment company. From a DJ standpoint, it takes an average of
30 hours to appropriately coordinate a top notch wedding reception. We are
available by phone or email to answer / help with any questions that may arise
as your date approaches.
Will you act as the Master of Ceremonies?
Absolutely! In fact, our number one goal is to allow
newlyweds to relax and have fun at their reception. We are very skilled on the
Microphone and will make all of the announcements, as well as provide smooth
transitions throughout the evening. We will make sure that ALL of your guests
are having a wonderful time and ensure that your wedding is a once in a lifetime
event.
What kind of equipment do you have? Is it professional /
reliable?
All of our equipment is in peak condition, tested
constantly and of the highest standard. Our warehouse, located at our office, is
full of top of the line equipment by Rane, Denon, Mackie MTX, Audio Technica,
Sennheiser and more.
How will you be dressed?
We’ve done everything from themed weddings to black tie,
and will dress accordingly. Unless specified differently by you, we will wear
black suits with a shirt and tie to all weddings or a tuxedo, if preferred.
Do you have a wide variety of music? Will you take
request?
Although our music library is in the thousands, a typical
reception will have around 100 songs played. With this information in mind,
don’t get caught up with sheer size of someone’s music selection. This is an
art, which is why building a customized music selection is what Total Event DJ
Solution strives to do. We encourage you to submit as many requests as you’d
like before the event, and will then use that to build a play list around that
information. We will NOT simply make CD’s with these songs…we will use them as a
GUIDELINE for the evening. This way, you can come up the minute you enter the
reception and tell us that you’ve changed you mind, scratch everything and play
a completely different style of music. Reading the crowd and switching musical
genres while keeping the energy level up is our specialty. We beat mix our
music, which helps it sound like one continuous track throughout the evening
(you won’t hear a song fade out, second or two pause and a new song come on). We
also bring two binders for you and your guests to select from – one listed
alphabetically by Artist and one listed alphabetically by song title.
Will you help with coordination the different events of
the evening?
This is another HUGE advantage of having both a
Professional DJ and someone responsible solely for the coordination and acting
as the MC of a wedding reception. We will actually coordinate the timing of all
events, make sure the wedding runs accordingly and can change the order at ANY
time throughout the evening. This is another service that we include FREE of
charge. We provide a reception information sheet and will work together with you
to make sure that all of your planned wedding events are in the perfect order. |
